I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 21 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping. All Resin pieces are sent in bubble wrap to protect your items through the shipping process.
Resin Product Care
• Keep Resin Items out of extreme heat & direct sunlight.
• Do not put Resin Items in dishwasher. Hand wash only.
• Do not scrub, soak or submerge under water.
• Avoid Cleaning with Harsh Chemicals or Alcohol. Wash with a mild soap & cool water.
